Today I have made my own UV indicator! It should be put somewhere where your family can see it so you all know when it's good to go outside and when it's not. This is very helpful to know when it is bad to go outside because if you stay outside for to long you could get sunburn or worse get Skin cancer.

ReplyDeleteRenee from the Summer Learning Journey Team here again. Ka pai on producing another fantastic blog post! I think your UV indicator looks great with all the bright and vibrant colours you have included. I also think that it is clear and easy to understand so it would be very useful to your family and others.
What did you learn when working on this activity? Was it fun or was it challenging? You may have noticed that I included your blogpost as an example in the comments on the Summer Learning Journey blog as another learner requested an example of how to complete this activity. You can see my comment linked here. This reflects how awesome your work is so keep it up!
Mā te wā - I can’t wait to see your other posts over the summer.
