Water Fun Day

On 5th of March Ruapotaka had a Water fun day (it's basically a day of water and fun). We all had to wear something that was in our house colour, my one  house is yellow but in Maori it is Kowhai. I used wore a lava lava which is worn by Polynesians and other Oceanic peoples, I also wore a yellow buttoned up shirt too.

Their There was a water slide that Mrs. Golder was hosting and Mr. Reid was hosting a game that was played by trying to get water balloons in the bucket, . Their There was a bucket that would give you 1 point and ,one that gives you 5 and the last one is gives10 points, which was kind of hard but you got to focus and then you can get it.

Lastly we all came together and the teachers totalled up all the scores and the winners were....... Kowhai (YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!) at the end of the day we basically all won because we all got a bottle from Mrs. Golder's husband, so if your you're reading this Mrs. Golder can you tell your husband, thank you!!!
