Today my sister Alila and I had did Nanogirl's task to make an ANTI GRAVITY GLASS! It was very hard to do because the card was bent lol and so I got some more card (and this time it wasn't bent) and it was a success! I was amazed how it looked inside and how it stuck to the cup.
Today I have made an image of a Ice-cream truck and a girl getting herself an Ice-cream but the words are in Maori which makes it harder to guess what they're saying. Can you guess what flavors she is getting? The first flavors is red and the other flavor is brown once you get it tell me what they are in the comments.
today I have made a Sundial which is like a clock but it uses the sun's light to tell the time, so what it does is the sun's light hits that triangle part and makes a shadow on the other side of it and when the sun moves the shadow also moves! this task was very easy because the steps were simple. All we needed was cardboard, pencil, a string, scissors, and lastly blu-tack and with that you can make your own sundial.
Today is a new year and also the last day for this week, my task today is to say "Happy New Years" in different languages. I have told you what languages I have chosen to say happy new years in. Wish you the best year ever and bye!
Today I read Loaloa's Haiku which was about Summer, if you would like to see it yourself here is the link. Her writing really made me think about Summer and the little things it brings along.
Today's blog is about Summer and what foods we think of when we ponder about Summer. My choices are on an image I have created in google draw. I thought of many things about Summer but my main ideas were these ones ( in the image ) because many people have had it once in summer before and because it is very common for me to have in summer.
Today I have made my own UV indicator! It should be put somewhere where your family can see it so you all know when it's good to go outside and when it's not. This is very helpful to know when it is bad to go outside because if you stay outside for to long you could get sunburn or worse get Skin cancer.
